Check if a “Users” module exists
Most custom-built websites include a user access management section.
Log in to your admin interface.
Look for tabs such as: Settings, Users, Configuration, Admin, or Staff.
If you find an option like “Add User”, check whether you can assign a role (e.g., Admin, Editor, Marketing).
If roles are available, select Admin.
Contact your developer or web agency
This is the most common step for a custom-built website. Since the code is unique, only the person with access to the server or source code can create a secure user account.
You can send them this message:
“Hello, I would like to grant access to my marketing agency in my back office. Could you please create an account for them with the following permissions: access to content, SEO tags, and tracking scripts? Here is my agency contact email: access@ursa.marketing"
