• Go to business.facebook.com/settings

• Log in using your personal Facebook account.

• If you have access to multiple businesses, make sure to select the correct one from the drop-down menu in the top-left corner.

• Go to Settings to access your account configuration and preferences.

• In the left-hand menu, under the Users section, click Partners.

• Click the blue Add button.

• Select Give a partner access to your assets.

• A window will appear. Enter Ursa's Business Manager ID: 271733749993723.

• Click Next.

Once the ID has been validated, a new window will appear for asset assignment. This is where you specify exactly which assets your partner can access.

• In the left-hand column (Select Asset Type), choose Pages.

• In the middle column, check the box next to the Facebook Page you want to share.

• In the right-hand column, configure the permissions:

  • Full Control (at the bottom): Select Manage Page if you want the agency to have full management access, including page roles and permissions.

• Click Save Changes.

Note : Ursa will receive access instantly in its own Business Manager account.
